Thank Goodness It's Friday!! I have had the most hectic week at work I am 'acting' in a higher duties role at the moment and while I love the challenge it has been super busy. We always have a casual Friday at work and while I never know what to wear... I decided on this little dress and made it more work appropriate by adding heels and some cute accessories.

What is your take on casual days at the office? I would love some help!!!

These pictures are taken on our front porch of our new home, speaking of our new home I have finally started to settle in and make my own little routine of coming home and starting dinner doing a little house work, i love being a house wife.

I have just had my long hair cut off into a shoulder length style...crazy I know however there are reasons for the drastic change. At the beginning of the year I was over my long dark straight hair so I decided to go a very light brown/dark blond I liked it for about 3 months then went back to dark hair again, after about a couple of months of dark hair I went back to my hairdresser and told him I wanted a perm!!! Well not a perm perm like 80's style more of a body wave... I was told buy all of my friends and family and hairdresser this was not a great idea but decided to go ahead with it anyways, needless to say I totally wrecked my hair it was so dry and course I tried to treat it and even had a few professional treatments in the salon but nothing was going to fix it so I had to decide of I would rather have short nice healthy hair or long dry gross hair... I chose the short option.

I have never had hair this length since I was a little girl so it has taken some getting use to.

I am now in the process of growing my hair again and want to keep it as healthy as possible. I am going to keep up my salon treatments and have brought a daily moisturizer, fingers crossed it grows quickly!

My Aunty recently told me about Chia seeds, they are like a little tiny natural vitamin. After talking to my aunt for about an hour about these little seeds I decided I needed them as well and turns out I did! My husband and I have been on them for about 1 month now and they are fantastic, you need to try them for yourself to see the benefits. We have been having the best sleeps, glowing skin and an overall feeling of wellness.

We all need a little chia in out lives. You can get them from health food store for around $10 for a months supply well worth it.

On August 8 2009 Paul and I were married at Salt Beach Kingscliff NSW it was the most amazing day of my life everything was perfect!

Pauly and I met at high school and have been together ever since he is my one true love my soul mate and the man of my dreams, I could never imagine my life without him.

He totally understands me and is always there for me, i love to come home at the end of the day and just chat to him.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary in Melbourne which was pretty cool.

I love the traditional anniversary gifts such as the first year is paper the second is cotton and so on. So Paul gave me the most beautiful card with the cutest note in it that he brought on one of our market adventures and brought it down to Melbourne where he also surprised me with a Hermes silk scarf!!!! I was so so so excited it is so beautiful it is Hermes orange and it has the fairytale of 'The princess and the pea' on it he knows me too well I have lusted after an Hermes scarf forever...

I am just back from magical melbourne after 8 days in the most beautiful city. I had such a wonderful time sight seeing, shopping, attending my cousins wedding & celebrating our first wedding anniversary!

While in melbourne we visited among many others

• All of the great shopping destinations like Bourke St, Chappel St, Chadstone Mall just to name a few!
• Eureka Skydeck
• Melbourne Aquarium

I have only included a few outfit photos as there were way too many to put them all up. It was so so so cold while we were there but I loved every minute of our trip even though I am a summer girl at heart.

Pauly and I are off to Melbourne tomorrow on the 6am flight!!!! I am so super excited to see my cousin get married and to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, not to mention the shopping and sight seeing and the beautiful-ness that Melbourne has to offer.

Needless to say I will be absent form the world of blog until late next week!!
